The ember bed features modern clear glass crystals which emphasize the flame colors and reflect the light. Alternatively, you can add-on the “Driftwood Kit”, which essentially is a modern version of a log set.
The logs create a more traditional hearth look, plus they add more depth to the fire box. That said, the crystals have their own unique look too.
Either way, you get to enjoy different color flames (7 pre-set options to choose from). In addition, the unit features a “Prism” mode which cycles through all of the different flame colors for a truly mesmerizing fire.
